OUR PROCESS

MEET + CONNECT

Our first step in our process is getting to know you. We want to hear all about your vision for your big day! We ask that you complete our survey ahead of time in order to help facilitate our conversation. This is a great opportunity to ask us questions as well! We want you to feel like we are the right fit for your design wishes.

We will create an initial proposal to help you feel confident moving forward.

BOOKING

When you approve your proposal, we'll make it official with a retainer fee and lock your date in our calendar.

PLANNING + DESIGN

We live for design, and this is the phase where we work to create truly breathtaking floral work made for your special day. We will work with either you or your wedding planner through the process, making any edits to your order and providing consultation as needed for nay floral and décor related decisions.

FINAL DETAILS

One month before your wedding, we will reconnect to gather final numbers, settle payment and show you a floral mock-up is desired.

YOUR WEDDING

Hooray, your big day is here! We treat every wedding as if it was our own, which means there won't be a detail that goes unnoticed. Jaclyn and her design team will be present on-site, setting your wedding scene until it is absolute perfection! We pride ourselves in the trust of our clients.

 

This day will be spectacular, and we are grateful to share a moment of it with you through our design.

Do you have a minimum?

We provide two different wedding floral services for our couples; custom floral design and our curated collections.

Custom floral design services start at $5,000, while our curated collections have a $400 minimum.

We provide our clients with premium seasonal blooms with a keen eye for detail and exceptional client service. For couples looking to make a grand statement, our average budget is between 6K and 10K. For couples looking to truly make a grand statement, adding flowers and greenery to aisle, ceiling treatments, custom instillations, and more, we recommend budgeting between 15 - 20K.  

For brides with smaller wedding budgets, elopements, and DIYers, we recommend shopping our specially designed and curated collections.


Do you travel?

We serve the greater Houston and surrounding area, as well as hill country destinations. Weddings outside of Texas are taken on a case-by-case decision.


How much is your deposit?
For our custom wedding designs, we ask for a $1000 minimum retainer to hold your wedding date. This is a NON-refundable deposit that will be credited towards your total. Your deposit is non-refundable for a few reasons. For one, saying yes to you, means we say no to other potential clients. If someone backs out, then we have missed opportunities with other clients we cannot get back. For two, we want to work with couples committed to working with us. You are going to receive excellent service, style recommendations, and consultations leading up to your wedding day. You are investing in us and here to make your floral vision come to life!
