FOR A LA CARTE ORDERS
Delivery + Pickup
Please choose your delivery or pickup at the time of ordering.
You may pick up your order from our Friendswood, TX location for no charge. We recommend picking up the day of the wedding to ensure the freshest blooms possible. We will pack them for stability and hydration while being transported. The pickup window will be scheduled at least two weeks out and there is a $50 late fee if you don’t pick up within that window.
We also offer delivery with and without set up. The delivery location and time will be scheduled at least two weeks out. We deliver to Friendswood, League City, Alvin, Pearland, Deer Park, Galveston, Houston. We try to serve the greater Houston area, so call if your exact location is not listed to verity.
Delivery without set up $95 - someone sets up other than us.
Delivery with set up $195- we set up for you and leave.
We do not come back after the reception to clean up. You keep all of the flowers and vases. We recommend giving flowers to your guests (they love it) or make sure you have a large enough vehicle to transport them.
All deliveries include one location drop-off service only. Additional locations will incur additional fees. If you choose to have your flowers delivered, we will contact you once your order has been placed to confirm a delivery address and time.
We do not ship or deliver wedding flowers outside of the Houston metro at this time.
Cancelations + Refunds
If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you may do so 30 days prior to your event. All refunds will be subject to a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be given once the 30 day deadline has passed.
We've selected these options based on color, design and popularity. To keep the ordering process simple and affordable, we do not offer any customizations/ modifications to these arrangements. If you are looking for larger scale, custom floral design - check out our Custom Floral Design option starting at $5000.
for Self Pick-Up
We recommend that you choose a few people who are not part of the wedding party to help pick up and set up florals. It’s also not the venue or wedding coordinator/ planner’s responsibility unless you have a special agreement with them that they will be setting it up for you.
Bloom + Grove is not responsible for the condition of the flowers after they are delivered.
We take great care to make sure the blooms are at their freshest before they leave our studio. We include care instructions with each order to help our clients keep the arrangements fresh and lovely.
Bloom + Grove reserves the right to make floral substitutions as necessary. Please understand that we are working with a natural product that is affected by weather conditions and availability. The photos shown are a version of how the arrangements will look in size and the basic blooms, however your florals may look slightly different depending on availability and the designers interpretation.
